Refund Policy

Jewels Conference ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We understand that plans may change. While tickets are non-refundable, here are flexible options available for you:

Option 1Transfer your ticket to a friend/family.

Just send us a message on our official Facebook page (m.me/JewelsConference) to let us know the name of the new ticket holder.

For Discounted Tickets (PWD/Senior):

– The new ticket holder must also qualify for the same discount.
– If not, they must pay the price difference based on the Regular ticket rate

Option 2Use your ticket for next year

You may convert your ticket for next year’s Jewels Conference instead.

Please note: If next year’s ticket prices increase, the buyer will shoulder the difference.

Option 3Convert On-site Ticket to Online Access

You may convert your ticket to an Online Access ticket.

For Regular Tickets: You may convert to Online Access. However, no refund will be issued for the price difference.

Upgrade Policy: Upgrade to Premium

Want to enhance your conference experience? You may upgrade your ticket to Premium, subject to availability.

The buyer will shoulder the price difference.

Important Reminders:
All changes (transfers, conversions, upgrades) must be finalized on or before July 31, 2026.

After this date, all tickets are considered final and non-transferable.
